Replaced Hot Water Heater. Price quoted was higher than others in the area but one expects to pay more for a larger company as I was told by a company representative. Unit installed was dented. Pictures were taken and I agreed to have the unit installed,( would have been without hot water if I wouldn't have agreed ) and asked for some consideration from the area manager after he examined the pictures taken.
