I was in a panic to get someone to my condo for cracked water heater. So I just googled and found The Plumbing Source. They got out immediately and removed my water heater. However reason for low rating is they charge ridiculously amounts for removal and new water heater. Went with a different company and saved $3000 for new tankless. Make sure you do your research before committing to these guys.
