I am very appreciative of the help I received from everyone at Plumbing Nerds. They were responsive, kind, flexible, accommodating and knew what they were talking about (because I don't). I had the pleasure to work with Danilo. He let me talk way more than he needed to. He was also upfront about fees for various scenarios based on my specific problem, and not pushy about co-selling options (that I would have considered if I was in a different position financially!).
