James answered promptly and was very helpful and professional. Logan visited our home and gave a quote within an hour of my phone call. The quote was less than another plumbing business who previously quoted. Logan didn’t have the parts needed but went and sourced them and completed the job within the next hour. Logan kept me informed of his arrival time by phone. We are on holidays but our Housesitters were ion hand to let Logan in. Thank you Josh for your prompt and professional attention…I have no hesitation in highly commending The Plumbing Life Saver…following discovery of a leaking hot water system I called The plumbing Life Saver they were here the following morning, replaced the hot water system .Were on time and nothing was too much trouble

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday afternoon, and The Plumbing Lifesaver really helped us out! James was very friendly and proactive on the phone, telling us one of his plumbers would be there within 40mins. Blake, the plumber, ended up arriving in just 10mins and was polite and professional. He fixed our emergency within the hour and gave us the best price he could. I would highly recommend The Plumbing Lifesaver!

I don’t normally leave reviews except where it is stellar service, but I hope this is useful to someone. I had a copper pipe leak on a weekend with water spraying on the sub floor area. Having called a couple of places I went with the Plumbing Lifesaver. They were slightly cheaper on the call out fee (doesn’t include any on site work) and were able to come straight away. After looking at the leak, I was then quoted $600+ to repair…in addition to the call out fee. I was told also it would only take 15 mins to repair. I ... read more
