James was very friendly and proactive on the phone, telling us one of his plumbers would be there within 40mins. Blake, the plumber, ended up arriving in just 10mins and was polite and professional. The whole experience, from start to finish, was a hassle free and pleasant experience. I was given a time and the plumber turned up right on time.
