I’ve used this company for quite was while, at several homes, and wouldn’t use anyone else. Michael is very knowledgeable, explains how the process works, and is totally professional. His staff is also great - they’re quick to show up in emergencies and give you options on how much or little needs to be done. Jen is your initial contact, and couldn’t be nicer or quicker to keep you informed. I really appreciated the quick response to my call for help. Jason explained everything clearly to me and communicated all that they were doing very well! Very good company. They took care of what I thought was a big issue about 6 months ago and were back out today for a 6 month follow up. The technician checked everything out and eliminated an issue before it became a problem again. Techs are very helpful and professional and the prices are in line with what I would expect to pay. I highly recommend Plumbing Express!
