I called the Plumbing Doctor because I needed a leak detection service to find a lead that we could not. First of all they answered the phone, and after I answered a few questions they verified that leak detection was actually the next step for me. We made an appointment for the same day, Victor and Gilbert showed up ON TIME, and identified the leak being under my sidewalk in the front yard, and they were able to repair it the same day. it's really sad because i had used this company before and thought i finally had a plumber i could trust. nope. called them to set up two acs. the man who worked on them did a worse job than i could have. didn't clean out the unit, left the pump jammed against the float so the cooler floated for about 8 hours even though there is a garden hose attached to the bottom, the worker just didn't bother to see if it actually went into the rain gutter so instead it soaks the side of my house. so i call them back get to wait another ... read more
