He came out at night to repair our broken well from a tree fall and storm related winds. He was very helpful every step of the way, very friendly, great communication, answered my questions and we had water back again in less than 24 hrs. Highly recommended!
Extremely happy with the services provided. We just completed a house remodel and everything was handled professionally and quickly. If we had any questions, they took time to answer and even explain other options we didn't even consider. I would 100% recommend these guys and I will be using them from now on.
I scheduled a call in Sumter to have a bathroom drain line flushed out. I paid a service fee of $89 for a technician to stand in my bathroom and tell me that it would be $1300 to flush a drain when local companies only charge $150! I can now see why they don’t give quotes on the phone or online! Joey was polite and sympathetic and the only reason I’m giving 1 star!
Requested to clean my grease traps. They cleaned it okay(not upto the point) but misplaced the gasket and made the smaller grease trap non functional for a long time until we figured out what was wrong. Would not recommend or will be right there whenever they are working to check the functionality of the thing they are working on.
