Outstanding service, customer care & price! We had never used a plumber in Austin before, so we read other's reviews of the Plumbinator, and we were not disappointed. Mickey came out to our house on his day off to fix a ground leak. He was personable, kind, considerate, and best of all, very honest, upfront and caring for the best interest of our family. The Plumbinator is AWESOME. We had to move our laundry room, move our hot water heater and install a propane line. Mickey handled all this, fixing our home's existing plumbing lines and working well with our contractor. He really listened to our concerns and questions, and went out of his way to find plumbing fixtures to update a bathroom that need some tweaking. The Plumbinator is THE BEST! The Pluminator to the rescue again! Mickey and company made the trip all the way to Canyon Lake to help me and quickly took care of the bathroom leak and even fixed another problem that I happened upon. I feel so fortunate to have found Mickey - he goes above and beyond what anyone else would even consider!
