Like so many other reviewers.... WOW. You do not see this type of service anywhere. They were fast to answer the phone, and had Schedule 20 PVC pipe--- that neither Lowes or Home Depot carried. They were able to answer all my questions. When I got there they gave me personal service. Took me to the isle where the product was. Reminded me to get a couple things I did not think of and then helped me carry it out to the car. I will be looking there for all my future purchases--before looking to Home Depot. Wow where do I start! I really don't want to expose this rare gem of a business, but my experience was great, I have to share. So I had a major plumbing leak under my sink, and my father and I had been working on it all day. We had gone to the big box stores, and also local plumbing store for the parts, and when we asked the employees at the big box stores they didn't know what we were talking about or what parts we needed. I live in an old house heated by oil. Whenever I need oil burner parts,nozzles, filters ,flame out sensors The Plumbery is the BEST! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
I love the Plummery. You can go in and ask them any question about plumbing that you don't know and for a DI Y person it's a great resource. Friendly staff, helpful, knowledgeable and they always have that part you need.
