Francisco was my hero today! God bless him. I ordered a brushed gold Krause kitchen faucet online and when the plumber went to install it, it leaked. Apparently it came with bad o rings. The big chain stores didn’t have the right thickness of o ring and they didn’t have a brushed gold faucet of my liking (there was only one). I called the plumbery in search of a new faucet. Great place, helped me out with a problem I was having when hooking up an external water filter to a fridge line. Home Depot was useless, tried here and in 5 minutes I was out the door with my problem solved. The shop is like stepping back in time, it was a pleasant change to get great customer service even though my purchase was only $5.
Get owner who knows his trade, always have some great laughs. He goes the extra miles to save his costumers time and money.
Wow!!! 40 years in business guy really knows his stuff. Has almost all parts you'll need. If not, he'll tell you where to get them. Great place.
