I've used this company twice. Once to replace a sump pump and once to replace a water heater. Both times, I was impressed by the company's professionalism and timeliness. They quoted the amount for the work before they came out and there were no surprises. I would definitely use this company again.

Going forward, I will never do business with this company again. I left a voicemail for them on 1/19 and asked that they call me back to set up a date and time to provide me an estimate on some work that I needed done. The employee in the office called me the next morning and told me that somene would be out later that day, and will contact me to provide an estimated time of arrival. I highly recommend that you call The Plumber! Our kitchen sink was leaking and the hot water pressure was bad (turns out it was almost completely shut off, but I couldn't turn it, so they did!) and they did a great job. Very quick, efficient, and courteous. The price of the repair was less than what the secretary told me on the phone! I will call them again if we ever need a plumber! The people who came to my house are Brian and Jeff.
