I was very pleased with the job done by The Plumber Guy. I have used this company in the past and will continue to contact them when a plumbing related need arises. Dylan did an excellent job of explaining what I needed done and took care of it for me.
Donovan was amazing knows his stuff and very personable.
Pricing was outrageous, I was charged nearly $230 for a part that cost less than 20$ and took less than 10 minutes to install. Then was very rudely spoken to by their service manager, when I wanted a breakdown and itemized receipt. They only put one item on the receipt with no explanation of why it cost so much. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
We had a great experience with The Plumber Guy. Our water heater went out and they got someone out here within an hour of our call to give us an estimate and the job was completed the next day. Dylan R. went above and beyond to make sure our new water heater was installed correctly and fixed/replaced all the damaged pipes and vents from the previous unit. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber.
