I liked the technician "Shawn". He was up front and honest about the proper way to do things. He noticed details other technicians did not.
Everything is working as it should be now, talk about peace of mind, and while plumbing is expensive the work done was very well and at a very reasonable price!
The representative that was sent to me by the company was Dylan. Wonderful gentleman and answered every question I asked him. I felt that he was honest and I could trust him and that's why I chose the Plumber guy
Terrible experience with the tech that came out to provide a quote for a water heater replacement. He provided quotes for two different water heaters, I agreed to the price. Then he said that price was too low and he had to call someone because they are updating prices, then he raised the price by $1000+. After that I pushed back on the prices and asked why the installation labor was $2700, which he said "you can always get a cheaper price somewhere else."
