They stayed in contact with us every step. The rep that measured was professional and easy to work with especially since we had some special requests. When they installed, again very professional and they were thorough in keeping us informed each step. The lead was helpful in providing input and care recommendations. The rep that handled the scheduling called to keep us informed. Great job to the whole team!

She was always so pleasant to talk to and figured a way around many obstacles! Tyler and Eric installed the material (Dekton) and also did an awesome job. Knowledgeable and friendly. We chose Lowe’s for our new countertops, and they contracted the job through PLI. From start to finish, PLI was responsive and incredibly easy to work with. The installers efficiently removed our old countertops and had the new ones installed in less than a day. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Gave the person that measured an exact measurement I needed for my refrigerator opening. Thirty Six inches. They left thirty five. I had to buy another refrigerator.
