I worked with Jessica to coordinate installation and she was very patient and provided an excellent level of customer service. She was always so pleasant to talk to and figured a way around many obstacles! Tyler and Eric installed the material (Dekton) and also did an awesome job. Knowledgeable and friendly. Very pleased with experience with PLI.

We chose Lowe’s for our new countertops, and they contracted the job through PLI. From start to finish, PLI was responsive and incredibly easy to work with. The installers efficiently removed our old countertops and had the new ones installed in less than a day. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Gave the person that measured an exact measurement I needed for my refrigerator opening. Thirty Six inches. They left thirty five. I had to buy another refrigerator.

the installers for our granite countertop where on time, professional and made sure we knew how to care for the surface. They even cleaned up after themselves. Very impresed.

From start to finish the PLI Group made my job a whole lot easier. The level of professionalism from the first call scheduling my measure, the measure itself, and the install was top notch. Everyone involved was super informative and made sure I was comfortable with my countertop. As a contractor who installs alot of kitchens I will be using them again!
