My brother-in-law lives there, so I don't have first-hand experience other than parking in the parking deck and visiting him. Every year in the summer, they have pool parties which are nice to meet neighbors.

I would NOT recommend buying or renting a condo at Plaza Midtown in either building (north or east tower). The walls are paper thin and at this price tag, this is absurd. You can hear your every word your neighbors say through the bedroom walls even at a normal volume! Sound insulation between floors is poor as well.
