We moved in a loved one a few months ago. Since day one, there have been issues with the intercom system not working, electricity and plumbing issues, etc. Today we received a notice that the elevator is down. There is only one elevator in the building. These buildings are newer. There should not be this many issues and glitches from the get go. We have been here for a month now and are absolutely loving it. The community is warm and welcoming, and everyone we’ve interacted with at the clubhouse has been exceptionally helpful. The location is perfect for us, and we truly feel at home here. We highly recommend it.”
Umm🤔🤔. The only thing is missing is the in unit washer and dryer. Do you all have that there? Or at least on the premises?
I have been renting here approximately 5 years. First condo unit was invested with toxic black mold in my HVAC ventilation system, toilets, washer. Camden County Health Department oversaw the cleanup which included my condo being fumigated. Not one apology by management team or than Developer instead blamed me and made my life here hell. Note, I have multiple sclerosis and recovering from stage three cancer. So hearing toxic mold was devastating to me. I moved to an owner’s building here and rented from a private landlord.
