This place is a cross between an asylum, prison, nursing home and frat house. It is beyond mismanaged and full of issues. The only good part about it is the location. Avoid living here. You will regret it.

My partner and I bought a condo here about 2 years ago and we have pretty severe buyers remorse. The HOA keeps surprising us with nitpicky policies that seemingly change on a whim (eg. we left a rug drying on the patio overnight, we got tagged; our solid green drapes are not bland enough). Also, if we turn on 2-3 appliances at the same time, the lights in half the condo will go out.
