Here is the view from the 25th floor. Very neat and clean apartment I ever visit.
The Plaza is a well sought after building in downtown Des Moines. There is security downstairs and pretty friendly residents. Our floor has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers - super convenient. It’s walking distance to many restaurants and the East Village across the river. In summer time there are lots of activities around and plenty to do.
