The owners of this building need to get things up to date. The skywalk that runs through this building is dirty and out dated. It is stuck in the 80s with wall paper falling off the walls, holes in the drywall, poor/ dim lighting, ceiling tiles water stained and certain areas missing ceiling tiles, water dripping from the ceiling? Dry wall pealing from water damage. It seems the owners do not want to spend money on updating the overall appearance of the building. The maintenence people seem to not know what they are doing.
so i lived here for YEARS! my dad has lived here since 1994. i seen alot of good people leave or sadly pass away. and i seend alot of not good or non common sense changes being made. recently alot of issues with elevators always one is always broekn down and other two sound rougher than a iowa winter vetches beater. fire alarms always go off i think they been going off like 5 to 6 times last month with all false alarms. honestly i could say more but i dont think it would all fit. honestly i am torn of living here cause you d... read more
