Update in Dec. 2025: The management team cannot stop the smoking issue even after receiving report catching the responsible party smoking at the moment when it was happening. What an unresponsible management team! Update in May 2025: I can smell weed from my unit quite frequently recently. It happened twice today. We had an amazing experience touring the various Essex properties, thanks in large part to Ashley. Update in October 2025: Marijuana problem around the apartment complex especially near zen garden in the evening. The smell would linger around my apartment for hours. They said no smoking. I bet management don't enforce the rule and tenants can smoke weed all they want to.
My car keeps getting vandalized in parking garage had to file police report not understanding how management didn’t evict them especially after multiple incidents can’t afford to move out as I’m a single mom of a baby girl now my brand new car keeps getting messed up they had seen the person on camera but couldn’t tell me who it was which was fine but to allow them to stay on property is so wrong and disrespectful towards good tenants like myself now I have to constantly monitor my car and keep checking on it.
