Maintenance crew is great here and we appreciate them. Juan Lopez is always prompt in supporting the fixes and courteous.
Update in May 2025: I can smell weed from my unit quite frequently recently. It happened twice today. The issue has been reported to the management team a few times since Feb. 2025 right after Essex took over, but cannot be stopped. The management team tried but failed hard in enforcing the smoke-free policy. If you are not ok with the bad smell of smoke, please stay away. Pros: Great location.
