This is what our trash room looks like since the new owners removed valet trash service
Paper thin wall for the price of the apartment especially dealing with noisy neighbor.
All of the other one-star reviews are true and pls believe them. I was charged $600 for moving out and these minor scuffing charged 200 for painting and $400 for one bedroom plus carpet cleaning and only the small small bedroom is covered carpet. These charges are rootless and unreasonable.
I moved into my unit at the Plaza in 2023 and have been more than disappointed by the lack of community and detached management. Recent developments at the Plaza indicate that the Sares Regis' onsite manager, a short, portly groveler, and a disinterested, flaky, inept regional manager, will be departing the Plaza.
