Update in Dec. 2025: The management team cannot stop the smoking issue even after receiving report catching the responsible party smoking at the moment when it was happening. What an unresponsible management team! Update in May 2025: I can smell weed from my unit quite frequently recently. It happened twice today. The issue has been reported to the management team a few times since Feb. 2025 right after Essex took over, but cannot be stopped. Update in October 2025: Marijuana problem around the apartment complex especially near zen garden in the evening. The smell would linger around my apartment for hours. They said no smoking. I bet management don't enforce the rule and tenants can smoke weed all they want to.
