Rent went from $39xx to $4300. Absolutely ridiculous. Since the new management took over, the building has gone downhill. Packages are constantly left all over the floor with nobody managing them, the carpets of the hallway are always dirty, and the garbage rooms are full of trash. Communication feels completely automated with AI-generated responses and no real care for residents. Please void moving here.

We have been living here for a year now. Here is my feedback: Pro: - location is great, but do NOT choose apartments close to the freeway, those are extremely noisy. - had no issues with maintenance if something broke - the gym is nice to have an it’s never crowded The cons: - in the parking garage and around the building there are visitor parking spots that are constantly full with the residents’ cars and the management is doing nothing about it. Great place to stay if your company has arranged for corporate housing; otherwise, it is quite expensive. Location of your apartment matters quite a lot, as it could either be quiet or very loud depending on which way the windows are facing. I echo other residents' sentiments on the poor management of the locker and package storage system. For a complex as large as this, a much larger package room is needed.

Overall good experience!
