I love this place so much I had a very good time.
My favorite is the one on one training. Lots of fun. Very professional. Conscience of your personal injuries and it helps with Rehabilitation of that muscle group. Very motivating and positive energy.
First of all, throughout quarantine I gained 20 pounds. I decided I needed to get back to feeling like myself, so I contacted The Playground Gym. I am extremely careful in regard to the pandemic, so going to an intimate gym with the highest sanitation standards was a Must. That’s exactly what I found here.
