We worked closely with The Play Base team to help us navigate support for our special needs child and we had a great experience and would recommend to other parents looking for additional support and guidance for their family. We were paired with Wendy to help manage our journey, who was incredibly kind, patient and loving towards not just our child but our entire family, as we worked to navigate a brand new process in learning how to best support our child.

They did not tell me they were charging $160 for a follow up phone call . Their behaviorist was very nice but their affiliation with the JCC is a little concerning . I had my child reevaluated after pulling her from the school , and she did not need any services while Playbase suggested a full time shadow for “attention seeking behavior” of a 3 year old child . My child is now at another school having no issues and no shadow needed.
