They have done a fine job in the past for various issues, but if you go through their radiology department: LOOK INTO WHERE THEY SEND SCANS. Madison Radiology is where they potentially send it and the experience with them has been far from enjoyable involving billing and collections. When you go to a facility, if they contract out work, you trust that they will choose a reliable firm, otherwise the fault falls onto them if the sub-contractor fails at their duties. Dr. Kara Kamps-Schmitt is awesome! She listens and makes me feel heard. I've been able to schedule appointments with her and be seen in the same week for stuff that's come up. Her nurse is fantastic as well!
