My husband and best friend spent this past weekend in Ashland to visit the ice caves. I'm not sure which was better; the ice caves or our experience at The Platter! The historical building and atmosphere is amazing but the food and service was MORE THAN AMAZING! Everything from our appetizers to our hand-muddled brandy alexander was out of this world. Just had dinner at The Platter Restaurant and it was magnificent; some of the best food I've ever had, period.
