Thank you Chloe for making this entire experience amazing! First off let me start by saying Chloe had her work cut out for her with the absolute monstrosity I made of my hair. From gold banding to an extremely choppy cut, it was a mess. Chloe was professional, personable, and listened to what I was trying to achieve.
