The distribution process was disorganized, and my case took much longer than expected. The point system for splitting the settlement among others felt unfair. I even appeared on local News interview for this case, yet received no additional compensation or recognition for that, not to mention my second surgery wasn’t even factored into the point system for the settlement win to be fairly divided, i had 2 surgeries and a cancer scare but no i did not get any compensation portion increase for that, before it was divided among ... read more
