I am very happy to see a lot of positive reviews about the doctor. I believe The doctor is very experienced and skilled. That's why he spent 1.5 minutes for me to see after waiting for 1 hour. When I call to book for my small procedure, they asked me for payment on that day while my appointment would be 6 months later. I agred to provide my credit card details and asked what happened if I died before the appointment. Would the money be refunded? ...... I had the absolute greatest experience right from beginning to end. All the team at the Plastic Surgery Clinic were so friendly and took every opportunity to make me feel comfortable. Dr Austin was my surgeon who did my gynecomastia surgery. He walked me through every step of the process and I rarely had a question since he was so thorough. I have been using M10 products for 4 years now. NOTHING compares. They are the absolute best. The cleanser takes 100 percent of your make up off without using any sort of remover before, leaves your skin feeling so fresh and clean.
