Communication is key with anything, if you are having difficulty paying your bill. Call them for a extension and they will as long as your account is in good standing. And for mother nature it cannot be predicted or controlled. But these linemen and line women do a excellent job. Thank you for your continuous work.
Most if not all customers of planters lost power from the hurricane, the workers worked hard and long hours to restore electricity to everyone, I’m very grateful for all they have done and for the people that complain about their service leading up to this storm should be grateful as well and remember what they did for you when you really needed them, remember these things the next time you want to complain about something, thank you again I wished I had something to give you guys for your hard work, hopefully this review wi... read more
Very rude customer service
Horrible company!!! We loose power every time it rains and sometimes when it’s beautiful outside having no idea what’s going on. Each time ir takes no less the. 3-4 hours to restore power if we are lucky it’s ridiculous!
