Horrible... I'm setup on auto debit. They cut my power due to nonpayment and charged me with a $50 reconnect fee. My bank said that there wasn't any attempted withdrawal. They add " round up " fees, "membership fees " "extra taxes". etc. When you call their staff, they are vary combative. SUMMARY... " You have no choice !!!"
Communication is key with anything, if you are having difficulty paying your bill. Call them for a extension and they will as long as your account is in good standing. And for mother nature it cannot be predicted or controlled. But these linemen and line women do a excellent job. Thank you for your continuous work.
Most if not all customers of planters lost power from the hurricane, the workers worked hard and long hours to restore electricity to everyone, I’m very grateful for all they have done and for the people that complain about their service leading up to this storm should be grateful as well and remember what they did for you when you really needed them, remember these things the next time you want to complain about something, thank you again I wished I had something to give you guys for your hard work, hopefully this review wi... read more
