Disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. There’s no active phone number on the website, so I requested a call. While I did receive one call, the person never followed up and did not answer when I returned her calls. When I finally emailed again, I was brushed aside and told they had only received “one email” from me ignoring the fact that their own employee failed to follow through. The Plant Venue was my absolute dream venue. The space is SO gorgeous, and the staff is so great and so professional. Their website answered most of my questions, but when I had to email the response time was so quick. We opted for a DIY wedding and they were so understanding and helpful. Everything turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be more happy with this venue.
