Great place to buy your trees and plants. Great prices and very nice crew for the install. I purchased a Sylvester palm and it was beautiful! They respond quickly to messages and the crew even helped me get the right fertilizer for my clusias and palms. Highly recommend Plant Pros for you palm and plant needs.
We purchased thousands of dollars worth of plants and trees from them the last couple of years. Recently, 2 fishtail palms out of 20 aren’t doing well so I asked if they could exchange those 2, but they do not warranty their plants. I was told they provide us good plants and they have no control over them once they are planted. Be that as it may and considering we’ve purchased multiple plants and spent a few thousand dollars, one would hope they would honor some sort of warranty.
