I must give props to The Plains Service Center! We broke down & chose to get towed here because of their great reviews. They were able to get us in promptly to figure out what was wrong. The manager Brandon who was super awesome thoroughly explained & showed us exactly what happened to our car. They were very fair on the price, provided us with refreshments, a courtesy car for the night, & helped us get back home as fast as possible. Definitely recommend The Plains Service Center in Plains, VA. Thank you again!

Awesome place to do business. They totally got my 25 y.o. beater truck and serviced it like I brought in a Rolls. They even gave me a ride home. Good people. Good work. Good value. Lucky to have them in our community.
Had a flat on my horse trailer, they were nice enough to squeeze me in first thing in the morning to get my tire patched and have me ready to fox hunt later in the morning.
