Such a disappointment. I called AND texted this place for 5 days trying to get a storage unit. The lady FINALLY texts me on Day 5 to see if I’m still interested and I say yes right away and ask what’s available. No reply! I told her it was urgent, but clearly they’re too busy to reply to potential customers. Poor business. Would never rent from here if you can’t get reach management.
The lady on voicemail that says to call or text but hasn’t responded to my mom or my phone calls or text
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. My daughter and her roommates got a unit from here until they moved into their new place for about 2 months. Apparently their new landlord owns this storage place. It was locked with one of the storage units locks (not sure why we didn’t get our own lock) They got stuff stolen.. tv and a lot of personal items. They couldn’t have cared any less when we told them.
