Extremely Disappointed – No Response Despite Multiple Attempts I’m honestly shocked by how poor my experience has been. This business came highly recommended, so I was really hopeful about working with them. Unfortunately, I’ve tried to contact them multiple times over the last couple of months, through different methods, and I have never received a single response or follow-up. We own a sign company and partnered with The Plaid Penguin on a rebrand/refresh for some landmark restaurants in our area. Their team is so talented. They created beautiful artwork for all of the signage as well as the promotional items. They were easy to work with and always had the client's best interests in mind.
