I recently toured "The Place on Jentilly" and had an outstanding experience. The manager, Noah, and the maintenance tech were amazing. They provided a thorough tour of the complex, offering all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I plan to return in about 2 months when my current lease is up to explore available options. Highly impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff!
Marco’s the hiring manager is absolutely WONDERFUL! Changed my 1 star to a 5 star. He was out of office due to personal reasons when i originally requested my residency documents however when he came back to the office he put my needs first & did what he was promised. Impossible to get in contact with the hiring manager or owner! I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for the past week to obtain my residency history so I’m able to move into my new apartments however unable to get the hiring manager/owner to reach out to me. When I call the number that’s provided only the maintenance line answers & states they will forward the message to the front office however it’s been a week & still nothing. Be ready to get ripped off when you move out if you choose this place. They even wanted us to repaint the walls (never heard of this in my life and we didn't cause any damage). We didn't get our deposit back and paid another $1000 just to move out. Think twice.
Tracy, the apartment manager is wonderful and things are fixed as soon as the request is submitted.
