I’ve really been enjoying living at this property. It’s just far enough away from the noise of the city, the views are beautiful, and I always feel comfortable going for walks around the neighborhood. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming, which makes it feel like a real community. Randy from the maintenance team even helped me fix the gym’s weight machine early one morning after it came off its wheel. It’s nice to live somewhere where the staff genuinely cares.
Amy at Sonoran Trails was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions, communicated clearly, and made everything easy and stress-free. Great customer service—I highly recommend working with her!
Do not move to this place if you’re looking to move. Zero parking, poor leasing consultant and hardly any maintenance there to respond to requests. The leasing consultant Ian makes you feel like an idiot for having any maintenance concerns. He doesn’t do anything to get the maintenance requests looked at in a timely manner . I’ve only been living at Sonoran Trails for a couple of months, but I have been incredibly impressed with the maintenance team - Charlie and Randy. From day one, they’ve been extremely friendly and professional. Any maintenance request I’ve submitted has been addressed quickly, and the quality of their work has been outstanding.
