Ian took the time to listen to what I needed for myself and my children, and he went above and beyond to make sure we got into the perfect apartment that suited our needs. His positive attitude and professionalism made everything so much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate all his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new place to call home!
Maintenance responded quickly (same day!), replaced a leaky faucet nozzle and located and replaced an MIA window screen. Very satisfied!
I’ve really enjoyed living at The Place at Sonoran Trails. The complex is clean, quiet, and the pool area is seriously one of my favorite parts—always well-kept and a great place to relax. What makes this place even better is the staff. Vu and Ian are awesome—super helpful and easy to talk to. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something fixed, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. If you’re searching for a comfortable, friendly apartment in North Phoenix, I’d definitely recommend The Place at Sonoran Trails.
