Extremely happy with my apartment and the property in general, very thankful for Ian who went above and beyond to answer all my questions and to make everything possible .
Ian was amazing to work with when I went to look at the property. He really went above and beyond. I set a move in date for 2 days after I turned in the application. He made sure I had my answers in time, even though it was so quick. Then I ended up having to work later that day so he had to change the move in paperwork for a different day. (5 stars for him, 2 stars for me as an applicant). When I got the apartment I had some concerns and I let Christine the manager know. Ian was very helpful, great process!
Ian and Vu were always so amazing to work with but Jessica was horrible. Had a major bug problem and Jessica was very rude and not understanding.
