This is an incredible place for military members seeking a short term place. Alison and Stacy are phenomenal property managers and make the process very easy for military. You can find more sq ft. In Sierra vista for cheaper but if that isn't a concern for you then I would highly recommend the place at savanna springs due to the management, location and amenities they offer
My experience living at the Savannah Apartment Complex in 2024 and 2025 has been excellent. The apartment was in great condition, and the overall amenities within the complex stood out—everything from the fitness center to the pool was well-maintained and enjoyable. This apartment is single-handedly the best in Sierra Vista. I especially recommend it to smaller families or for short term stays. The staff is extremely responsive and is constantly working hard to improve the quality of the amenities on site, so that you see your rent money reinvested into the community spaces and apartments.
