The staff is wonderful. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. The maintenance staff is friendly and service requests are promptly taken care of.
Best place ever. Office staff very welcoming. Maintaince is top notch and very fast to respond. Holidays are celebrated.
I have been here about 6 months and I love it. I had a minor issue and within a few hours they were there and the problem was resolved. The apartment is very cozy and whenever I see neighbors which is not often; they are friendly and quiet. So far I plan on staying here awhile.

My stay at The Place at Savanna Springs was better than I could have asked for! From the very start, Allison and Stacy were so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. During my short term stay, they assisted me quickly with any question or problem that I had. Those ladies are a ray of sunshine! My only two notes would be that the washer was a bit dirty and the front door had some space that let in dirt, leaves, and bugs. Nothing unmanageable though.
