Nice apartments overall. Nick was the best and most responsive to my calls prior to moving in. Only thing I would complain about, and this ain’t on them, but BA has to do somthing about people ramming their engines down 61st. My apartment faces a Main Street and that gets kinda annoying. Edited: After almost three years, I'm leaving. Dog owners at building 19 take their dog around the building and leave poop everywhere. Somehow loud teenagers who still attend BA high school moved in. I've lived in Quail Hollows fot years now. March 2018 to present 2026 I've seen a lot but you always remember special things and horrible things . Horrible is easy to point out, you just need a bad day but good is often rare. One man stands special in these apartments. Handy man Carlos. He's been here for a long time and always done right and saves the day. When I think of the 1900s reliable handymen That's him. He apartment pros and con but Carlos is immaculate. I lived here for 13 yrs. Bailey in the office is amazing the rest of the staff not so much. Trying to get updated appliances was near impossible even with a stove and oven that was barely working. Never in 13 yrs did they check condition of carpet, paint, porch etc. my porch roof sat for 5 yrs and never got completed, the roof leaked they replaced boards but never painted them. Then the final straw i went close to a year without using my porch because neighbors smoked so much. Was so bad my apt smelled like smoke. I couldnt ... read more
I really enjoyed my time living at quail hollow. The neighboorhood and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would deffinitely move back given the chance. They were always ontop of maitence and were wonderful with communication. They alsowent above an beyond in many cases. They were very accomadating with my work schedule, since I worked from home.
