There's never any parking, they have 2 handicap spots and 2 reserved spots that no one ever parks in right in front of my building causing me to walk halfway across the apartments on sidewalks that have caved in, there's also spots of just dirt so when it rains its flooded muddy and slick. Youre paying 1000-1500 on apartments that doesn't fix their the issues. They always turn the water off for maintenance because the pipes are garbage and it took them 9 days to come look my dryer issue.
The water is constantly being shut off at random. Most of the time they give you notice 5 minutes before it's cut off and it doesn't come back up for hours. Which is so inconvenient when you have to get to work, cook, or clean your disabled child but have no access to running water. Management is amazing, and the new Maintenance Worker Eugene is amazing with his work and pays attention to detail when working.
The office staff and maintenance are so helpful, polite and kind. Work orders are completed in a short amount of time. I'm so happy that I moved here. They love animals and go out of their way to stop and give my dog love and attention. I have the best neighbors as well. The complex is quiet and I feel safe walking my dog even in the middle of the night. They have security, laundry room and pool.
Nick has been nothing but awesome and professional on working with me and my girlfriend on getting an apartment. I have been struggling to get my rental verification from my old apartments due to their unprofessionalism and he has been nothing but patient and knowledgeable. We haven't moved in yet but I'm already very appreciative of the office staff here!
