UPDATE!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! they have horrible maintenance. takes a month to fix anything. cars get broken into 4 times in the 5 yrs we have been here. water is always having issues and being shut off the whole time we have libed here .rent has been raised every year we have been here. Do some research before moving here! I’ve been here for two years and when my lease is up I’M OUT. There’s so many other NICER apartments in Ba. This place is really a joke and will try and get every penny from you. They wanna raise my rent when I don’t even have a renovated apartment.. Nor do they really “fix” anything. There's never any parking, they have 2 handicap spots and 2 reserved spots that no one ever parks in right in front of my building causing me to walk halfway across the apartments on sidewalks that have caved in, there's also spots of just dirt so when it rains its flooded muddy and slick. Youre paying 1000-1500 on apartments that doesn't fix their the issues. They always turn the water off for maintenance because the pipes are garbage and it took them 9 days to come look my dryer issue.
The water is constantly being shut off at random. Most of the time they give you notice 5 minutes before it's cut off and it doesn't come back up for hours. Which is so inconvenient when you have to get to work, cook, or clean your disabled child but have no access to running water. The parking is a joke and is only enforced when there's an event at the high school. Maintenance groans and complains as they are in your apartment fixing issues as if your inconveniencing them.
