Management and maintenance staff are amazing, my apartment is perfect for my family.
AVOID THIS PLACE. 1100 for a horrible apartment. Dryer has never worked properly, called sso many times to have fixed. My electric bill is sky high. Apartment above me flooded my apartment . Took several to fix.
Moved in to our apartment in February and we've had nothing but problem after problem since. First it was our neighbors below us smoking weed in their apartment and the smell/smoke would filter into our apartment and we would get a contact high. Which I don't have ANYTHING against people smoking weed, he'll if I could, I would! But I can't do to my job! Don't rent here ! they turn off water on you all the time and they only give you a 5 min notice. They really don't care if your in the shower .. they say the water will be turn back on is a hour and it's not they lie to you and make Excuses. theres dog poop everywhere, and they can't fix anything right they will close out your work order when they didn't fix it .. 1100 dollars is not worth paying to live here ... oh and they don't put ice melt on side walks so you may slip and fall alot here they don't plow the parking lots ... read more
