I have been renting since I turned 18. We were in a townhome here for 5 years. This place is the absolute worst place to live. They also went through 2 management companies while we were there. They don’t fix anything they’re supposed to fix. Our toilets were constantly breaking. The place smelt like gas and they did nothing to fix it. The leasing office at the Manchester is exceptional. I recently helped my cousin secure an apartment there and they went above & beyond for her.
We just had a tour yesterday, honestly we loved the place. Haley that works in the office was amazing and couldn't of been more helpful. We are excited, and can't wait to move in.
My wife and I are extremely happy and blessed to be living here. We have a Peace of mind . The whole staff is soooo genuine and caring and that's a beautiful thing . It's not all about the dollars they show it's about the people.From the office to the maintenance crew they're awesome . They make you feel like Family.We were very pleased with the service .
