Response time for housing maintenance is very good
We have been living here for a few months with promises that the pool and gym will get done, we NEVER see anyone working on it at any time of the day and although we have been charged the amenity fees nothing is being done. I never got a call back from anyone in the office regarding fumigating my apartment which had ants, the halls smell of weed and it seems like there’s a lack of effort in the office to stay on top of things. They are nice when they get you in to sign that lease but once it’s signed good luck!
My bathroom door handle was repaired instantly within less than an hour. Great Maintenance repair team services.
My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful tour with Haley this morning. She was able to answer all our questions, and the facility was clean and well-maintained.
