We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and we love it here 🥹🙌🏾 Kyla helped us find the perfect unit at a great price point and we couldn't be happier she did! Our neighbors are super sweet, the amenities are amazing, and the staff is always super kind when we come across them. If you're questioning, don't 💯
Absolutely love it here! Not even a few months in and I feel like I’m already gonna want to stay here for a while. Kyla was the BEST of help! She did a really good job with the touring part, making sure to include any details I needed to know about! Also, LOVE the washer and dryer in unit! It’s so convenient as I spent a lot of money going to a laundromat >•< good place to live!
Just moved into Canyon in December and I absolutely love my new apartment. I Arguably have the best views. Taya was very communicative and helpful and made finding a home stress free. I had a couple maintenance requests and Anthony did them quick within a day, overall highly recommend Canyon Ridge!
Water heater broke for the second time in 2025. Took them a couple days to fix it again. They did not learn from my first complaint. Glad we left; would not recommend. Update for 2024: This is the second year living here and I have to drop 2 stars. One star was for the broken water heater that took 3 days to fix, which means cold water ONLY for 3 days. The good news was that it happened during the summer so taking cold showers was still manageable; i would hate to imagine waiting 3 days without hot water in the winter. I com... read more
