I just had a leakage problem and called into the office for help to fix the issue. They were quick to fix it and Ruben is an excellent maintenance worker along with the other workers that came in to help. I would like to thank them along with the office staff and including Stephanie that is phenomenal in her work duties. May God rain many blessings upon them all 🙏🏻🤍✨ I've loved and enjoyed living in this apartment complex for the years that I have lived here. Thank you again Catalina Ridge ☺️❤️👏🏻✨
I hate that these damn lawn care people be here at 6 in the morning… it just don’t make sense to me…..

i couldn’t get started on this apartment it is HORRIBLE. Roaches, crime, police and fire department here everyday. Maintenance doesn’t knock and will barge into your apartment I have spoken to other WOMAN residents about this and have had the same issue! They have had maintenance barge in on them while they are changing and it has happened to me as well! How they operate like that is unacceptable ! This is not a safe place for a woman to live. Constant car break ins and cars being stolen. My car has been hit multiple times. ... read more
