Trash. No water. No AC. Thefts all the time. Junkies all over the place. Dogs never on leashes. Dog waste everywhere. Over priced. Office is rude or never available. This place is trash. Roaches and bedbugs. Not allowed to use the overpriced porch. The so called "security" does nothing and always has his nose deep in his phone and doesnt watch anything. Everything but the dog park is great. I came to this complex for the dog park but it is actually disgusting there. It is almost as if no one picks up their dogs poop, even around the complex! It almost seems normal! I’ve seen 2 people let their dogs poop multiple times and not pick it up (a white and grey pit bull and an all dark brown lab mix). It’s disappointing that I am so disgusted everytime I go there, I hope they eventually put a penalty on not picking up your dog poop, my last complex did and there was hardly any any... read more
I’ve lived here for 3 years and honestly this complex has the best maintenance I’ve experienced since being in Tucson. Obviously, you don’t want things to break/fail in your home but if they do, you want it fixed right away. If there was ever an issue in my apartment, like how my AC went out last summer, they came in a timely manner to fix it and it would be done right the first time! I truly appreciate this peace of mind.
