I’ve lived here for 3 years and honestly this complex has the best maintenance I’ve experienced since being in Tucson. Obviously, you don’t want things to break/fail in your home but if they do, you want it fixed right away. If there was ever an issue in my apartment, like how my AC went out last summer, they came in a timely manner to fix it and it would be done right the first time! I truly appreciate this peace of mind.

Been here for 4 years they change their rates whenever they want I’m now paying over $1000 for this shitty 450 square foot apartment
I have lived here for 7yrs. I think we have a great community. Kimberly is the best manager we have had. All the crew are very friendly and helpful.
Not only was the application process stress free and done in a timely manner, living in the community has been a great experience. From holiday events and super helpful staff. This place has been a joy to live in and be a part of!
