My rent went up $130 after 4 years signing a lease. They charge water, sewer, and trash all separately and it’s “based on the buildings usage so I pay approximately $100 for those three and another electric fee on top of my TEP account. The washer and dryers went up $0.50 in less than a year it’s costs $5 to wash and dry one load, and a small one at that. Once my lease is up, I’m out.

Trash. No water. No AC. Thefts all the time. Junkies all over the place. Dogs never on leashes. Dog waste everywhere. Over priced. Office is rude or never available. This place is trash. Roaches and bedbugs. Not allowed to use the overpriced porch. The so called "security" does nothing and always has his nose deep in his phone and doesnt watch anything. Everything but the dog park is great. I came to this complex for the dog park but it is actually disgusting there. It is almost as if no one picks up their dogs poop, even around the complex! It almost seems normal! I’ve seen 2 people let their dogs poop multiple times and not pick it up (a white and grey pit bull and an all dark brown lab mix). It’s disappointing that I am so disgusted everytime I go there, I hope they eventually put a penalty on not picking up your dog poop, my last complex did and there was hardly any any... read more
