Okay so we drive up to Prescott almost every weekend and we stop here for subs. Well today was the last! They messed up our sandwiches and instead of making new I said to just fix it and of course they didn’t. Then we ordered mozzarella sticks. First time still frozen second time over cooked to the point there was no cheese in them just over cooked breading. Then the manager said he would take them back because we ate two. To long of a wait and they are rude
We get delivery from here fairly often. The wings are great, the sandwiches are great and the staff has always been very friendly.
Never had such BAD customer service there as I did today. I paid for 2 large ice cream cones and was served the most pathetic looking cones I'd ever seen. I asked "That's a large?" She said she could make them larger and I said yes. Then out come 2 of the same size cones from some other lady that was very snotty, and she said "This IS a large cone! This is the largest we make." She was rude and I won't be going back. If I had ordered a small cone, I wouldn't have been able to see the ice cream over the top of the cone! They ... read more
I had often been by this place and decided to finally try it. WOW! The pizza is delicious, hot and cheesy. This is American pizza, not Chicago or New York style, just great, tasty pizza. I had a 14" pepperoni. The menu includes subs, calzones, salads, wings, and desserts.
They make great sandwiches. But their service is very spotty. Today I was told 8-10 for my French dip but after 15 minutes I had to ask where it was and found out it was given to someone else. Then it took another 15 minutes to make and was given to me without an apology.
Walked in to burnt pizza � in the case & the staff doing “rock paper & scissors” to see who would wait on us. The place is dead. Now we know why.
