The grilled vegetable salad is the best salad I've had in my entire life. No joke.

Where do I began? I sadly can't post a picture. Enough dough for a personal deep dish pizza but stretched to make you think you're getting a large. The cheese from a small pizza spread out to a super thin yet even layer. The bacon thrown on in clumps. Specks of parsley tossed on because everyone knows parsley is a pizza essential. Oh wait! Lastly, profit margins, because our pizza shells are hand stretched and grilled over real wood, our labor/material cost is quite high and furthermore, we use high end ingredients including aged parmesan and asiago cheeses which cost triple then your ordinary cheese blend which is primarily shredded mozzarella. Our profit margin is equal to or even less then most pizza places but unfortunately to produce a product like ours with the high end ingredients and all the love, the cost is higher, therefore making the pizza more exp... read more
