Very bad experience staying here. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned before our entry, leaving colored hair all over the bathroom. We found 2 bugs in the our bed. There were stains on the walls and an entire kitchen but no dishes to cooke with. One more thing, our water didn’t work anywhere in our hotel: the shower, sink, or bathroom sink. We have video proof of every incident we encountered and they didn’t even give us an option to have a different room. El cuarto incómodo y sucio, no me gustó.
BEWARE This place stole my money! I canceled before their deadline and they emailed me they would refund my money in full. They still have not! It has been almost a year! Multiple phone calls, emails, and letters but they have never refunded my card! FRAUDULENT!
