The ladies there are nice but the guy julio that builds there products is a jackass. I paid them a lot of money for a custom collar that he f**ked up on and he wasnt willing to do anything to fix his mistake. I spend hundreds of dollars there every month and it was extremely stupid to throw away my business and the business of all the people I send there because he wasn't willing to admit he made a mistake
