Excellent customer service! They accommodated my small window of time on a busy Saturday morning to do a full interior detail and exterior wash on my Honda CRV. They did a great job shampooing away 7 years of stains on the light gray fabric seats. All of the coffee stains and my kid's grimy fingerprints didn't completely disappear, but they have lighten considerably. I wasn't expecting them to be able to get everything out, but the manager still offered to try one more time if I could bring it in later.
The Pit Stop is such a gem. It’s a super cute dog-themed car wash, and from April through November they even have an outdoor self-service dog wash so you can clean your pup while your car gets cleaned. I love little touches like that. My first visit was great, so I came back again to get my boyfriend’s car washed as a surprise because he let me borrow it.
