As a realtor,I believe partering up with The Pit Krewe to professionally prepare the listings for sale is the best way to leverage our time. Having to call seperate vendors and coordinate them is stressful and time consuming, now with a press of a button I just call Julen and he comes gives me an estimate, takes a couple pictures and he does all the work without me having to worry. A couple of weeks ago, I called The Pit Krewe because a friend suggested them and I really needed some work done since I moved into my house but had to buy in poor condition. I needed the whole place painted, along with the floors done, some fans installed and then cleaned. Travis was wonderful, and he made sure that everyone came in the next week and got everything done in 4 days! Julen has done a couple listings for me now and is wonderful, his turn around time for estimates and work completed is immaculate. His personnel is very respectful and leave a clean workplace. Always on time and always has a solution for anything that’s comes his path. He’s extremely easy to get ahold of and will stay and talk to you about all your needs. Always goes the extra mile to complete perfection, I highly recommend joining the pit krewe team and if you get the chance ask for Julen!
Karen and the pit krewe are life-savers. We had a property in Florida that we had rented for many years. The time came to sell but we live in New Jersey and it would be impossible for us to prepare this property for sale. Our realtor recommended the pit crew for this large undertaking.
