I had the pleasure of living here for one year. There are 3 major things that made this complex a great place to live; 1) I never heard noise from the neighbors, very rarely if ever, 2) The stunning views of the sacramento valley are amazing, and 3) The leasing staff were always great to interact it. It was a 2,500 dollar deposit which upon vacating had I think 300 dollar deduction for cleaning and then 100 for final water/sewer/trash bill. Highly recommend this complex and property management.
The maintenance guys are great and office staff is super nice.
I’m leaving this review because of a recent safety issue involving construction debris being left throughout the apartment complex and the way the situation has been handled by management. I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled by the apartment complex. Construction crews have been leaving nails and other debris throughout the property, creating a serious safety hazard for residents and their vehicles.
