Owen from pipe doctor came to inspect our basement for a sump that was running constantly. Owen didn’t only identify the issue immediately , but he also fixed the issue that was causing it. He also inspected other components and went above and beyond to address some unrelated issues and gave us some safety recommendations. I highly recommend Owen and his team from pipe doctors for their professionalism from the initial contact and the onsite inspection.
I contacted numerous companies to evaluate the work I needed done and provide an estimate. Among them all, the proposal from The Pipe Doctor instilled the most confidence that the job would be done right and for a fair price. They did not try to upsell what they could do or scare me into deciding immediately (which one company did) and answered all my questions clearly. Gary and his team were professional, cordial, and respectful. They explained the process of the piping replacement from digging through the floor slab to post pipe replacement leak testing and sealing the floor back with concrete. They were very accommodating and answered any questions I had about pipe damage and replacement, and area maintenance around the pipes.
