Terrible. They make us feel like we work for them
If I could give this company a zero or minus 10 stars I would … unfortunately we are still with this management company and I pray not for long. Our complex is in a very bad financial place right now as I have talked with other complexes the same age as our and we should have at least 1 million in reserve and we have much much less. I moved into a Pinnacle-managed condo in July. Since then, I have tried to contact them on three separate occasions, and each time has required repeated follow-up in order to get them to answer at all. (Even then, they don't always call back.) They don't answer. They don't care. And at the next condo meeting, I *WILL* be suggesting that we choose a new management company.
Brutal money gouging management group. I own several condos and not one management group charges to change your buzzer phone number, these thieves charge $50. I guess it motivates me to go to the next meeting and try to start the process to change management group ~
