Don't pay for a place that originally had 2 bed room 2 bath apartments for rent at 700 and then increased it to 925 for their own greedy ways. These apartments are not worth the amount of money they're charging for. Especially since we're down the street from the ghetto. Very disappointing how the office is treating this for current residents and new ones. Very sad that their losing all their good tenants.

The maintenance is very good. Never had a problem. Respond very quick. But now very upset because when we moved in our rent was based on your income so now it has been ten years and the deal with the government is ove doctors that own them not the mananging company not the State of Mississippi but the onwers are going up two hundred dollars a month we can sign a six months lease for 725 . Would not recommend to any Active, Retired, Gov. Employee or Disabled Service members. Upon enter the housing office the staff's deminor changed automatically. The non verbal/ verbal communication that the staff displayed assured me of the climate and environment. No pamphlets, application's or leaflets were offered nor displayed. A virtual tour was offered due to the current Covid-19 situation which was understandable, and feasible. Do not respond to your calls. I have called 4 or 5 times my negibors have called more than that about someone in our building with two young kids screaming and three bull dog puppies crying all night and she is still living here still has her puppies. My neighbor has 6 adults sharing a two bed room apartment so they take up the parking place for others

The pool is never open even before pandemic and when it is it is over crowded with the same people every day. The gym is either closed and is very small and equipment is broken . There is no elevators like it says on the amenities . It is however a quiet place to live . The units are small .
