I went in to get my permanent bracelet reattached after it fell off yesterday. Unfortunately, within about 1.5 hours, it fell off again without me noticing, and I’ve now lost it completely. Really disappointed, as I expected the repair to last longer.
When I went to this store, I bought an anklet that broke. I thought I had lost it and I ended up finding it. I took it back to the store and the staff was so nice and able to help fix it. While I was there, I added this stack of bracelets to my collection . Absolutely love them. The staff is very friendly and fun and great with making suggestion’s with stacking bracelets

The Pink Swan shop has the worst customer service and their jewelry is faulty. My niece got “permanent” bracelet from them less than a month ago and it fell off, she asked me to take her get it re-welded. For the cost of the bracelet there is no reason it should have come off so quickly and easily, let start there.
